What is a STAR Card?
The STAR Card, much like a plastic credit card, will last up to four years with proper care. It offers more flexibility by allowing multiple passes and cash value to be loaded on the card at one time. You can also register the card to protect the balance if the card is lost or stolen or Auto Buy so you don?t have to think about adding products each month.
What is a STAR Ticket?
The STAR Ticket, made of paper, is expected to last up to 90 days after first use. This is a short-term ticket that will not allow you to load different products or cash value. If you purchase a 30-day ticket, you may only reload a 30-day pass on that ticket. All products on the ticket must be used by the 90th day expiration date.
